Performance work includes;

  • CNC Cylinder porting
    • Exhaust Port enlargement, timing and polishing
    • Intake Port enlargement, timing and texturing
    • Squish band cut for smaller combustion area
    • Base cut for increased compression
  • Port matching, baffle thinning and hole enlargement on muffler
  • Removal of compression release

    Very powerful

    This was a bit of an impulse buy, I already have 2 90cc saws and this is the only saw I pick up anymore, I highly suggest purchasing if you have any reason to own something this big; I had a 36" bar fully buried with low rakers and I just couldn't get the saw to bog. Best saw builder there is!

    I purchased a 661 and let me tell ya it’s the strongest saw in the fleet will pull a 42” bar with full comp chain with authority if your looking for a strong saw can’t go wrong with 309machine I will be buying more in the future!
