Great running saws, I bought two, cut some 6 foot cedars here in SE Alaska with them, they pull a 36” full comp great.
I cut timber for a living..ive ran all kinds of timber saws from 372xp,395xp,592xp,661,461,462,stock 500i...you name it...i have another 500i with a wcs bark box and air filter and its definetly a step up from bone stock...but...i just got my new 500 from 309 with a bark box and air filter and its a whole different animal! I would put it up against the 395 n 661 any day! And its 3 lbs lighter! And when your going up n down hills all day cutting 3lbs makes a HUGE difference..i got my saw from 309 quick..nicely packaged and everything seems to be very well done! This saw aint your grandaddys 044..thank you 309!
So I ordered on July 3rd mind you that means that there was a holiday on the 4th, I received my saw today July 7th that's just incredible to me. I threw all my little West Coast upgrades on there that I can afford so far and I am beyond happy you guys are with the business killing the game my stickers and my little eye my little aluminum Billet that's a bar replacer or space holder or whatever super sick. Haven't had the opportunity to use it in a tree yet but all things considered I am super impressed with you guys you guys killed it five stars everyday all day all the way thank you I'm telling all my friends!!
