Exhaust Port enlargement, timing and polishing
Squish band cut for smaller combustion area
Base cut for increased compression
Port matching, baffle thinning and hole enlargement on muffler
Removal of compression release

My 5th 500i and by far the best! Very responsive, revs proper for limbing or brushing, snorts and growls at an idle and screams like hell in the cut! I cut old growth all day ground 3/8ths chain on a 36” bar she had power to spare, love it!

Great running saws, I bought two, cut some 6 foot cedars here in SE Alaska with them, they pull a 36” full comp great.
